We aim to pack and ship all orders received within 24 hours, we use Royal Mail Tracked 24 or 48 hour service.

Delivery Charges are based on the total value in your Shopping Basket and are shown in your basket before checkout.

Shipping charges shown at the checkout are for UK deliveries. Any delivery enquiries from outside the UK - please contact us prior to placing an order and we can advise best way to post.

If you wish to return an item you are responsible for return postage costs and are your responsibility until the goods are received by us. For this reason we suggest to use a tracked, insured postage service.

We are not responsible for any import tax or custom charges applied by your own country. If an item is refused at customs by the customer, the import charge still requires payment. By refusing a parcel, this will come back to us but, the import charge will still stand and will be deducted from the cost of the item being sent back.
